The practice of inquiry is a sacred, long practiced form of mindfulness. It helps us cultivate better awareness of the way we engage with the world, it increases our capacity to observe without knee jerk reactions and helps us stay attuned to the wisdom our bodies communicate to us regularly. These practices strengthen our relationships with lived experience, felt experience, and the experience of congruently made choices. What does this mean? We learn to more effortlessly live our values through our actions, creating a greater experience of peace in our lives.

This practice involves aspects of mindfulness, ecological and environmental awareness, yoga, breath, and enlivening of the creative impulse, in an effort to develop and remain aligned to our soul’s needs.
